Under limited supervision, ensures the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department through accountability for all administrative functions of the department to include budget, personnel and citizen development. Supervises personnel with keeping, regulating and protecting the shelter animals. Reports to the Shelter Director and County Administrator.
